What is an AGS ?

It is an assembly that is held when certain expenses concern only a part of the co-owners who are the only ones to take part in the vote.

The AGS may be held on the margins of general meetings or at independent meetings. It should be noted, however, that such a power must be expressly provided for by the co-ownership regulation.
