What is the role of the Union Council ?
The union council plays an essential and obligatory role since it assists the syndic and controls his management. It gives its opinion to the syndic or to the general assembly on all matters concerning the union
The union council has no decision-making powers, except to be limited in its mandate by the general assembly.
The members of the union council are elected by the general assembly from among the co-owners. These members shall designate among themselves their chairman.
