They impressed by winning seven of the ten heats in the RS Venture Connect Double, sealing their success with a memorable final race, where gold was already assured before the start.
It's important to note that sailing is no longer a Paralympic Games discipline, which gives the World Sailing and Parasailing Championships particular importance as a benchmark competition.
To celebrate Ange and Olivier's gold medal win, and to thank all those who contributed to their success, the Base Nautique de Sciez invited some 40 guests to a dinner on Tuesday August 29.
BARNES Léman would like to warmly thank the Base Nautique for this invitation. We congratulate Ange and Olivier on their gold medal and are proud to have been able to contribute to this achievement by donating an RS Venture boat.
