What is Leave for Recovery ?

This is the leave given by a landlord lessor to the occupant tenant to terminate the lease in order to live the dwelling itself or have it inhabit by an ascendant or descendant. The notice period is 6 months before the end of the lease. However, if it is issued after an acquisition there will be an obligation to keep the tenant at least two years in the dwelling.
