Who is the Landlord ?

A landlord designates a natural or legal person, who puts his property in rent. In this context, he signs a lease agreement with his tenant, who offers the latter the enjoyment of the property in exchange for the payment of a monthly rent.

The landlord generally owns the property but not necessarily because it can also act as a representative of the landlord such as a property administrator.
