What is Leave for Sale ?

This leave occurs when the landlord decides to terminate the lease contract as part of the sale of the property.

If the landlord gives the leave, the tenants can be "dismissed" at the end of the initial three-year lease with six months' notice.

If it is an acquisition, it can only be issued after the first renewal of the current lease, subject to six months' notice.
